The essence of K.AdWorks is its employees and many of them have worked together, under a different name, for over 15 years. The change of the name is just the visible portion of changes that took places.
At the beginning of 2008 young and talented CEO Krisjanis Dombrovskis took control of K.AdWorks to lead its restructuring. The management of the company was redone form the ground up, as was the manufacturing processes and the sales force. K.AdWorks used the experience of the employees, combined it with the new technologies and enthusiasm of youth to conquer the world market of visual advertisements!
